LSU continued to hold onto a healthy lead from its performances the following weekend at the Texas Relays. Adding to the Tigers’ haul of nationally ranked performances is Favour Ofili and Emma Robbins with their efforts this weekend at the LSU Battle on the Bayou. Ofili clocked the third fastest time this season in the 200 at 22.69. Robbins improved upon her season best in the hammer throw to 66.00m (216-7), which is the ninth best throw this season. LSU now has 14 top-10 nationally ranked marks through the first three weeks of their outdoor season.
